Based on my training and experience, here is what you can expect me to offer you in therapy:

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy techniques: We will focus on how you relate to each other as a couple and the attachment strategies you each employ. We will explore the roles each of you plays in the relationship and the stuck points you have to establishing secure attachment. We will help you turn toward one other to create a secure and safe bond.

Gottmann Method: We will focus on reducing harmful communication patterns, develop conflict management skills, and work to increase empathy, affection, commitment, and intimacy.
