My standard fee is $110 per session with each session lasting around 50 minutes. I am able to operate on a sliding scale ($90-110) if there is a demonstrated financial hardship. Futher financial discounts are available based on a demonstrated financial hardship and availability. 

I accept cash or check. Payment is due at time of service.

I am an out-of-network provider. This means I am not on insurance panels. However, when requested, I am able to provide you with a receipt (also called a superbill) which you can turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note: not all insurance providers cover out of network mental health care. You are responsible for researching and understanding your individual insurance plan.

I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, half your session fee may be charged. If you do not arrive for your session and do not provide any notice, your full session fee may be charged.

The law protects the relationship between therapist and client; therefore, everything disclosed to me in sessions will be held confidential with a few exceptions.

Exceptions include: 

• suspected child, dependent, or elder abuse

• if a client is threatening harm to another person

• if a client is threatening to harm to himself or herself and is unable to ensure their safety
